06 Mass Production
The complete production chain is completed in-house: full-device assembly -> functional testing -> burn-in testing -> batch system image deployment -> packaging -> global logistics. First-pass yield >= 99.9%.

Step 2 — Solution Design and Review
Based on our modular product platform, the technical team can usually complete hardware selection, mechanical design, BOM preparation, and a full customized solution package within one week. Step 3 — Prototype Validation and Testing
After the functional prototype is completed, it undergoes APQ's 8 + 5 comprehensive inspection process in our factory. Once you confirm that the prototype functions and performance meet expectations, both parties sign the mass production documents and move into the batch manufacturing stage.
Step 4 — Certification and Compliance
After comprehensive safety and environmental pre-testing is completed in APQ's in-house quality laboratory, we assist you in submitting products to third-party certification bodies. This approach helps identify and eliminate most certification risks in advance, significantly shortening the certification process.
